About the Role

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will play a critical part in the success of WiseTech Global's most strategic clients. This key position involves providing critical insights, proactively addressing client needs, and working closely with stakeholders to resolve complex issues.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Strategic Clients
    • Lead regular communications with clients to understand their business needs and support them in achieving their goals.
  • Drive Client Insights
    • Use data analysis and client discovery techniques to offer tailored recommendations, aligning our products and services to client objectives.
  • Manage Escalations
    • Act as a trusted escalation point, collaborating with internal teams to resolve critical client issues and ensure a seamless support experience.
  • Enhance Client Growth
    • Partner with Business Development teams to drive organic growth by identifying new opportunities to serve each client's unique needs.
  • Build Lasting Relationships
    • Conduct strategic quarterly reviews and continuous check-ins to cultivate deep, trusted partnerships.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for Client Needs
    • A passion for understanding and exceeding client needs, ideally with experience in freight forwarding or a related field.
  • University Degree or Equivalent
    • University degree or equivalent professional certification.
