As an Enterprise Account Manager, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction by resolving technical issues, optimizing their payment solutions, and delivering exceptional service with your technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for technical matters.
  • Provide technical support, training, and demos to help clients navigate our payment solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate the addition of new payment solutions and technical migrations for clients as they expand with Checkout.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the payments landscape, sharing relevant insights with clients to help them navigate the evolving landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Economics, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience in internet technologies and technical processes.
  • Familiarity with Payments industry regulations and technical frameworks (3DS, SCA, AVS, MIT).
  • Familiarity with front and back-end technologies (i.e., JavaScript, CSS, HTML).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as required.
