Client Manager/Associate Director – Financial Institutions/Financial Services

We are seeking a strategic client partner to join our London-based Financial Services team as a day-to-day liaison with Financial Services clients.

What the day will look like

  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver client results, meeting with clients to understand their needs, and dealing with day-to-day risk requirements.
  • Delivery of business results against financial and operational metrics, meeting new, retention, and rollover targets, as well as seeking opportunities across other solution lines to increase Aon penetration.
  • Constant development of Aon IQ through formal training and knowledge sharing, in addition to participation in Client Planning, maintaining a proven understanding of all Aon services and ensuring that the client understands the full value delivered.
  • Delivery of the Aon Client Methodology consistently for each client or where relevant in collaboration with the ECG, applying Aon standards, including bringing all key collaborators at Aon and the Client together for deep strategy and execution of our commitments and plans.

A client owner for a portfolio of FI accounts, this role is accountable for managing day-to-day relationships with clients and working with Directors to deliver distinctive client experiences.

  • Industry IQ, knowledge and experience of the insurance industry, preferably dealing with Financial Institutions.
