About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth from the city and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be able to manage day-to-day sales operations, develop new sales strategies, and work closely with the General Manager to achieve budget targets.

Responsibilities
- Manage the sales team and oversee all event enquiries and planning
- Develop and implement new sales strategies to meet budget requirements
- Close management of rate strategy to maximize revenue
- Produce regular reports to provide accurate insights into sales performance
- Collaborate with the GM to design and implement promotions to drive rates and revenue
- Proactively search for new business opportunities to increase revenue

Requirements
- Previous sales experience within the hotel industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and commercial awareness
- Ability to develop creative ideas and execute them effectively
