Sales Director

Human Engineering Ltd, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive growth and expand market presence in the UK and Ireland.
Our client specializes in delivering high-quality crane parts, repairs, aftermarket upgrades, and maintenance contracts to customers in ports and terminals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, tendering, and contract negotiation with high-value clients.
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a company car, phone, and laptop.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote crane parts, repairs, aftermarket upgrades, and maintenance contracts to port and terminal customers.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and evaluate new markets, products, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with port operators, ensuring excellent customer service and long-term satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the ports, terminals, or crane-related industries.
- Strong background in tendering, contract negotiation, and relationship management with high-value clients.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
