About the Job
  • Supporting individuals in their daily lives, helping them to develop skills and confidence.
  • Working regular weekday shifts (37.5 hours per week) from 10:00 to 17:30, offering a stable work environment.
  • Opportunities for part-time and full-time roles, suiting diverse career objectives.

Occasional weekend work is required, with an enhanced rate applied. A manual driving licence is necessary for transporting individuals within the community.

Key Duties
  • Providing tailored care and support to meet each individual's unique needs and preferences.
  • Working collaboratively with individuals to set and achieve goals, promoting choice and autonomy.
  • Assisting with daily tasks, including personal care, to maintain dignity and well-being.
  • Participating in activities that promote physical and mental well-being.
Compensation Package

£11.85 per hour (plus 10% for weekend work)

Estimated salary range: £23,568 - £31,395 per annum (based on 37.5 hours per week)
