Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Bone Health Care Coordinator to support our community-based team. The successful candidate will assess falls risks for patients, offer guidance on prevention and management strategies, administer and manage six-monthly denosumab injections, and work autonomously to take responsibility for their practice and be accountable for the care delivered. The role also involves providing specialist osteoporosis education and training to various audiences.
