Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust is a leading provider of community health and care services. We are seeking a highly skilled Therapy Assistant to join our Inpatient Unit team, working alongside registered Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Band 4 Assistant Practitioners to deliver effective patient care plans. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare principles, sound clinical reasoning skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. They will be responsible for reviewing mobility, transfers, personal activities of daily living, and exercise programmes as appropriate, reporting patient progressions to the team, and contributing to the requisitioning of supplies and equipment through electronic ordering systems.
We offer a competitive salary package of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
