Commercial Relations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Relations Manager to join our team at Innserve Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our relationships with existing customers, helping them to grow in their marketplace, and driving the continuous improvement of our service.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Service Level Management: Proactively manage Innserve's service levels, ensuring that all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Business Development: Maximise opportunities to develop business with our existing customer base and support the growth into adjacent markets when required.
- Project Management: Manage the delivery of project work, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Customer Sales Support: Represent Innserve, developing positive relationships with our customers to help them win new business, while driving process simplification to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Commercial Awareness: High levels of commercial awareness, with experience of managing large corporate customers in a service industry.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with a data-led approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
- Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different functions.
- Relationship Building: Excellent relationship building skills, fostering and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work remotely and office-based with a high level of autonomy.
- Adaptability: Flexible outlook, being adaptable and able to work in complex, fast-paced environments.
