About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Relations Manager to join our team at Innserve Ltd.

As a Commercial Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with existing customers, helping them to grow in their marketplace, and driving the continuous improvement of our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Service Level Management: Proactively manage Innserve's service levels, ensuring that all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Business Development: Maximise opportunities to develop business with our existing customer base and support the growth into adjacent markets.
  • Project Management: Manage the delivery of project work, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Customer Sales Support: Represent Innserve, developing positive relationships with customers to help them win new business, while driving process simplification to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
