Regional Business Development Specialist

Marnco is a leading provider of high-quality fertiliser and nutrient products to Kiwi farmers. As a Regional Business Development Specialist, you will be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on fertiliser and nutrient products.
- Cultivate Client Relationships: Leverage existing networks and establish new ones to deliver added value to farmers through our fertiliser and nutrient offerings.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities for fertiliser and nutrient products, creating tactical plans to generate new revenue streams.
- Strategic Planning: Execute sales strategies and manage customer relationships, particularly in the fertiliser and nutrient sectors.
- Contract Management: Oversee customer contract administration, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Event Management: Organise and manage informational customer events in the region to promote our fertiliser and nutrient products.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance versus budget, update forecasts, and offer detailed market intelligence related to fertiliser and nutrient products.
- Customer Satisfaction: Proactively manage customer complaints and incidents to maintain high levels of satisfaction, particularly with fertiliser and nutrient products.
