Enterprise Sales Growth Manager

About the Role: As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing a sales growth strategy, conducting market research, and identifying business opportunities. You will work closely with our regional sales team, perform lobbying in associations and interest groups, and assist consultants in specifying projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sales growth strategy
- Develop and manage industrial market, conduct market research and competitor surveys
- Identify business opportunities and growth points
- Establish relationships with distributors and end users
- Presentation of solutions to potential customers
- Support marketing activities, attend trade shows and conferences
- Work with regional sales team, perform lobbying in associations and interest groups
- Assist consultants in specifying projects
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, promote products and services
- Ensure ongoing training and career development
- Maximise cross-selling opportunities, attend networking functions
- Prepare reports for management
- Champion positive customer-oriented culture
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development
- Excellent knowledge of sales cycle, new business B2B sales skills
- Great business sense, UK market knowledge
- Customer resource in industrial market, UK and Ireland
- Knowledge of Infrared Thermography, Flow Meter, Pressure Transmitter, or Level Meter preferred
- Positive attitude, great negotiation skills, initiative, honesty, and integrity
- Technically minded, financially astute, self-motivated, strong communication skills
