We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Growth Strategist to drive business expansion and growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to initiate and develop relationships with high-value healthcare clients.

About the Role

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships that align with our strategic goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, fostering trust and delivering exceptional service.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets, leveraging our scientific expertise and innovative data analytics platforms.
  • Sales and Marketing: Pitch our services to prospective clients, tailoring proposals to meet their specific needs and expectations.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities, informing our business development initiatives.
  • Proposal Development: Create comprehensive proposals that highlight our value proposition and demonstrate our capabilities.
  • Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to establish relationships, promote our agency, and stay informed about industry developments.

Your Background

  • Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of our services and the competitive landscape, enabling you to effectively pitch our offerings.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a team, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Our Offerings

  • Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-related bonuses.
