We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Young's. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chef de Partie who is passionate about delivering exceptional food quality and service. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for:

  • Championing excellent service through quality food.
  • Demonstrating a passion for delivering fantastic food every time.
  • Working closely with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials.
  • Showing a willingness to learn new skills and be an active team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and able to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour. If you are a motivated and experienced Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
