About the Position:

At King, we're looking for a seasoned Senior Executive Assistant to support our C-level executive and their Leadership Team. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a high-performing team and make a significant impact on our organization's success.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work well under pressure. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the executive and their team.
  • Budgeting and purchasing gifts in alignment with company policy and budget as agreed with the executive.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary access and organizing meet & greets.
  • Collaborate with the Function Team on various projects, applying expertise and initiative to deliver results.
  • Act as a representative for the executive in reviewing Concur Expense reports, POs in Oracle, and invoices in MarkView when necessary.
  • Identify and develop areas for improvement within the EA team (Operations/Talent/Culture).
  • Develop and implement training and development programs for the EA team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Annual Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $95,000 to $130,000, based on qualifications and experience.
