Jo Malone London is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Coordinator to join our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide critical support to our leadership team, working closely with them to deliver business objectives.
Responsibilities:- Manage the daily activities of the department, including email correspondence and document preparation
- Coordinate business travel, including flight bookings and hotel reservations
- Provide high-level administrative support, including data entry and reporting
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including line managers and teams
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a similar role, with a strong understanding of administrative processes and procedures. A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to managing a frequently changing schedule is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time position based in our beautiful Global Townhouse in Marylebone, London. We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and perks.
