  2. Diary management, ensuring the CEO's schedule remains up-to-date and organized.
  3. Preparation and editing of documents, taking accurate notes during meetings, and maintaining precise records.
  4. Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and client meetings.
  5. Provide general administrative support, performing tasks as assigned by the CEO or other senior team members.
