About the Role

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Registered Children's Homes Manager to lead our children's home provision at Monument View.

As an inspirational leader, you will be responsible for delivering excellent care to vulnerable young people in collaboration with a well-established team caring for 6 children.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing a children's home and will be able to provide support to the team while maintaining high standards of care.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of childcare regulations and policies. If you have a passion for working with children and families, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the children's home team to deliver high-quality care services.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required by law and company policy.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing a children's home or similar setting.
  • Qualifications in childcare or related field (e.g., social work, nursing).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
