Job Summary

We have two part-time positions available for a Family Home Care Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to children with disabilities or complex needs, enabling them to access the social, leisure, and emotional support they require.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to children with disabilities or complex needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Support children to access social, leisure, and educational activities that promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being
  • Work closely with families to build strong relationships and provide emotional support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current driving licence and access to a car or means of mobility support
  • Experience working with children with disabilities or complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and support that meets the unique needs of each child
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £25,584 - £27,269 pro rata for part-time, plus an essential car user payment of £1,239 per annum. You will also benefit from:
