About the JobWe are recruiting a Child and Family Support Professional to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of children and families' needs and develop effective care plans to address these needs.
- Work closely with colleagues and other professionals to provide a coordinated response to children and families' needs.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to children and families to help them navigate challenging situations.
- A highly competitive salary of £36,124 - £45,718 per annum pro rata, plus Essential Car User Allowance and Recruitment and Retention Allowance.
- A part-time contract of 22.18 months fixed term.
