Premature Intervention Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team, providing vital support to pregnant women and new parents in need of pre-birth social work services.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, supporting children and families through regular home visits and meetings.

Key Objectives
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other agencies to ensure effective safeguarding and multi-agency working
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
