Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Language Development Professional to join our team at Austin Fraser. In this role, you will conduct assessments to identify the speech and language needs of students. You will develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs. You will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to the child's development.

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree and registration with the appropriate regulatory body. They will have demonstrated experience working with children, particularly within a school setting. A passion for helping children reach their full potential and overcome communication barriers is essential.

About the Position:

This is a term-time, full-time position (37 hours per week) with a competitive salary of £38,185 - £45,500 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications). You will also receive opportunities for professional development and continuing education, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
