About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Child Development Specialist to join our team at Together for Children Sunderland.


As a key member of our Educational Psychology Service, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and emotional well-being of children and young people in our community.


The successful candidate will have a Postgraduate Degree in Educational Psychology and be committed to delivering high-quality services that make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to support child development and improve educational outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to deliver effective interventions and promote family engagement
  • Collaborate with educators and other professionals to ensure seamless support for children and young people
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of service reports and evaluations

Salary:


£46,525 - £56,540 per annum (pro rata) + up to 3 SPAs, extending to £61,848.

Requirements:


To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess a Postgraduate Degree in Educational Psychology and hold or be working towards completion of a post-graduate qualification in Education Psychology.
