Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Child Welfare Assistant to join our team at Together for Children. As a key member of our residential childcare team, you will be responsible for providing care and support to young people in a residential setting.

About the Role:
This position requires shift working 365 days a year, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. You will work closely with colleagues to promote the well-being and development of our young people, and maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
