Child Welfare Specialist

The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 per annum, based on market rates and reflecting the level of expertise required for this role. This represents a fair and competitive compensation package that recognizes your value as a skilled practitioner in the organization.
About the Role:- Case Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs, identifying risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Service Planning: Develop and implement effective plans that promote the well-being and safety of children and families.
- Support Delivery: Deliver high-quality support services that meet the unique needs of each child and family.
- Partnership Working: Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to share knowledge, resources, and best practices that enhance the delivery of social services.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures that enhance the quality of our services.
