About the Role

We are looking for a Behaviour Support Specialist to support the promotion of good behaviour in our school. The ideal candidate will have experience in behaviour management and be able to deliver training on effective strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support colleagues in promoting positive behaviour among pupils.
  • Work with Senior Leaders to establish and maintain behaviour policies.
  • Deliver training on behaviour management strategies, including de-escalation techniques.
  • Arrange activities that promote positive behaviour and regular attendance among pupils.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our school community and contribute to the delivery of alternative education to learners across Sunderland.

Grade 6, £32,654 - £35,235 per annum (pro rata to weeks worked)
