Job Title: Residential Childcare Practitioner

The role involves working with children aged 7 to 17 who have Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD). This position requires a high level of patience, empathy, and understanding.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent is essential for this role.
  • Experience: Working with children with challenging behaviour or complex needs is crucial for success in this position.
  • Driving Licence: A full driving license is required for this job.
  • English: Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills is necessary.
