Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop tailored care plans that focus on recovery and wellbeing, working closely with service users and their carers.
  • Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe and effective care, promoting the recovery and wellbeing of our service users.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, utilizing your skills in risk assessment and management to ensure the safety of our service users.
Requirements
  • Evidence of post-registration training in clinical or psychological interventions relevant to the role.
  • Training in CPA, Safeguarding, MAPPA, and Child Protection.
  • Risk assessment and management skills, including safety planning.
  • A minimum of 12-24 months' experience as a qualified nurse, depending on the needs of our service.
  • Awareness of professional accountability, NMC standards, and other local and national initiatives.
  • Experience working within a community team, preferably with children and young people.

Estimated Salary: £38,890 - £44,606 per annum (dependent on experience)
