Role Overview
Medical Solutions is currently seeking a skilled Clinical Specialist to provide high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team across various specialties in NHS hospitals. This role requires an experienced professional who can deliver exceptional clinical services, participate in teaching and training, and contribute to the continuous development of clinical services.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver high-quality clinical care within specialty area, managing inpatient and outpatient services
* Participate in clinical teaching, training junior doctors and medical students
* Offer on-call services and cover emergency shifts as required
* Contribute to continuous development and improvement of clinical services
* Work in collaboration with nursing, allied health professionals, and other specialties to deliver integrated care

The ideal candidate will have a Medical Degree (MBBS/MBChB or equivalent), Full Registration with the General Medical Council (GMC), and a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in relevant specialty or CESR. A strong track record of teaching, supervision, and mentoring of junior doctors and other staff is also essential.

The estimated salary for this role is around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. With a work schedule that includes 8 hour, 10 hour, and 12 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, this is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Clinical Specialist to join our team.
