About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Childcare Practitioner. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality care and support to children aged 7-17 with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD).
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualifications, as well as experience working in a similar setting with children who require additional support.
You will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and educational growth among our residents. A full driving license and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.
Salary and Benefits
This is a competitive salary of £15.00 per hour, paid on a 154-hour or 206-hour contract per month. You will also receive benefits such as a pension scheme, specialist training, free meals, and parking.
