We are looking for a Behavioural Intervention Specialist to join our team at a leading Secondary school in Sunderland. As a Behaviour Support Mentor, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective behaviour management strategies to support pupils with challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and delivering tailored interventions to address pupil behaviour concerns.
  • Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and parents to develop and implement behaviour management plans.
  • Providing one-to-one and group support to pupils to raise self-esteem and confidence.
  • Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and evaluating the effectiveness of behaviour management strategies.
  • Contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the school.
