Behaviour Support Mentor
We are seeking a Behaviour Support Mentor to join a dynamic Secondary school in Sunderland, working closely with students, teachers, and parents to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Job Description:- Develop strategies to manage and support pupils with challenging behaviour.
- Work alongside teachers, Heads of House, and support staff to promote effective behaviour management strategies.
- Collaborate with parents to improve individual children's behaviour and ensure effective communication between school and home.
- Raise self-esteem and confidence of pupils to improve their personal and social skills.
- Monitor progress in improving behaviour and maintain improvements once made.
- A competitive salary ranging from £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
