Property Management Director

This role offers the opportunity to be part of our effort to make a positive impact in property management, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Actively manage and assist the wider on-site team in the leadership of the management of Winnersh Triangle and deliver a first-class service to both occupiers and clients.
- Establish a first-class customer experience on the site, market the site, and pursue innovative ideas to promote the site as a scientific centre of excellence.
- Provide management leadership and take accountability for the Landlord operations at the site.
- Manage all operations, budgets, compliance, marketing, external positioning, and exposure of the site within the industry.
- Supervise the operational teams and ensure the highest standards of customer service, management, maintenance, and service are maintained, while having due regard to expenditure and current legislation.
- 5 years of experience working in a similar multi-asset role.
- Compiling and managing large service charge budgets.
- Self-management, including showing initiative, being proactive, and meeting deadlines.
We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a chance to work with a leading specialist in commercial property and asset management.
