About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Residential Management Group Ltd. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties along the M4 corridor, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of circa 30 schemes, conducting quarterly and monthly site visits, meetings, and ensuring compliance with lease requirements.
  • Construct and monitor service charge budgets, liaising with contractors and stakeholders as required.
  • Build and maintain relationships with RMC Directors, Residents associations, developers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure full documentation of site visits, meetings, and maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and report on compliance, health and safety, and maintenance requirements.
  • Manage and carry out meetings with stakeholders, ensuring statutory requirements are met.
  • Review lease requirements for major works and ensure section 20 notices are served.
Requirements
  • Block Property Management experience, preferably with a Managing Agent.
  • ATPI/AIRPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of leases, service charge budgeting, and associated legislation.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Confident and customer-centric mindset.
  • A full UK driving licence and own car.
