Key Responsibilities:

- Staff Management: Oversee a team of staff, including gardeners, housekeepers, security personnel, and other service providers.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Ensure the estate is well-maintained, addressing any repairs or improvements in a timely manner.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate events and functions on the estate, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
