As a key member of the Estates team, you will be responsible for driving the University's estate strategy and ensuring the effective management of its property assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic and operational management of the University's property portfolio, including asset management, property transactions, and estate planning.
- Develop and implement effective property management strategies to optimize the University's estate portfolio and drive long-term growth and income opportunities.
- Manage a team of property professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the successful delivery of estate management activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the University to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including property developers, investors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior property management role, with a strong track record of delivering strategic and operational objectives.
- Extensive knowledge of property management, asset management, and estate planning principles and practices.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
