Property Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Property Director to lead the strategic and operational management of our diverse property portfolio.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a senior and strategic role as the lead property professional across a diverse estate portfolio. They will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiating skills, with an entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and dynamic mindset.
The Property Director will be responsible for strategic and operational asset management across our property portfolio, leading a team that undertakes a broad range of activities including L&T, lettings, acquisitions, disposals, and asset and property management.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive estate strategy
- Manage a team of property professionals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
