Property Director

The University of Reading is seeking a highly skilled Property Director to lead the strategic and operational management of its diverse property portfolio. As a key member of the Estates team, you will be responsible for driving the University's estate strategy, ensuring the effective management of its property assets, and delivering exceptional results.
About the Role
The Property Director will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the University's estate strategy, aligning with its overall business objectives.
- Leading a team of property professionals, providing guidance, and ensuring the effective management of the property portfolio.
- Managing the acquisition, disposal, and lettings of properties, ensuring optimal returns and minimizing risks.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, including the Director of Estates, to ensure seamless delivery of the estate strategy.
- Providing expert advice on property-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
