Event Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our Development Office team. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of events and activities that engage and inform our alumni community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and deliver events that meet the needs of our alumni and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep our alumni informed and engaged
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Manage event budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of College funds
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in event planning and coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in digital and print publication development
