PMR is seeking a highly skilled Weekend Loading Bay Coordinator to join our team at a Luxury Mixed Use Residential scheme in the City of London.
Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our loading bay facility on weekends. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of goods through the loading bay facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods at the loading bay facility.
- Ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled on time and to a high standard.
- Manage the maintenance of loading bay equipment, such as loading docks and forklifts.
- Ensure that the loading bay facility is always kept clean and well-organised.
- Manage inventory levels of packaging materials, and other supplies needed for the loading and unloading process.
- Report on loading bay operations to senior management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of loading bay equipment and procedures.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a loading bay environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
