Recruitment Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR team of Stour Bay Partnership Ltd, a growing international law firm, as a Recruitment Assistant. The role offers a unique blend of recruitment and onboarding responsibilities, providing a chance to make a significant impact on the firm's talent acquisition and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment
- Support the Recruitment Manager in the full recruitment cycle, including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Manage recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews, coordinating diaries, and tracking interview data.
- Work with recruitment agencies to ensure diverse shortlists and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
- Assist in running interviews, reviewing job descriptions, and administering assessment tests.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and source of hire.
- Onboarding
- Create employment contracts and ensure timely and accurate data entry into HR systems.
- Manage the onboarding process, providing a high-touch experience for new hires, and ensuring a seamless transition into the firm.
- Coordinate external background screening, right to work checks, and visa processes for international hires.
- Partner with hiring managers and departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, including induction schedules and employment documentation.
- Process recruitment invoices and expenses, and work on ad-hoc projects as required.
- Previous experience in in-house legal recruitment or a similar role.
- Knowledge of recruitment administration and processes.
- Degree-level education or equivalent, with CIPD qualification or interest in pursuing.
- Experience working with people data and databases, such as Workday, is a distinct advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and able to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive, with exceptional communication skills.
