About the Role:

Direct Medics is seeking a highly skilled Senior Adult Mental Health Specialist to join our team in South Lanarkshire. As a Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist, you will provide specialist mental health care to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to service development.
  • Assess and diagnose patients with mental health difficulties, developing effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including Social Work staff, community psychiatric nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists.

Requirements:

  • Valid GMC registration.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role in the UK or Ireland.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum.
