Home Support Assistant

Job Description:
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will play a vital part in supporting vulnerable adults in their own homes. Your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centered care that promotes independence and dignity, while also ensuring the overall health and wellbeing of those we care for.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging. This will involve:
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Providing emotional support and companionship to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation
- Developing personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each service user
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to senior staff
Working Arrangements: You will work within a rolling shift pattern of 7 days per fortnight, with opportunities for flexible shift arrangements to suit your lifestyle.
Requirements: We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A valid driver's license would be advantageous but is not essential.
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications.
