Job Description:As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own homes in the community. This will include supporting with daily living tasks, assisting with outings and activities, and providing emotional support and maintaining relationships with family and friends.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- An empathetic and caring nature.
- Good observation skills and ability to provide person-centred care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in using computers and technology.

- A competitive salary of approximately £22,000 per annum.
- Paid travel during shifts and 45p per mile fuel allowance.
