Care Support Specialist

We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour plus mileage, along with a range of benefits including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, death in service payment, pension scheme, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, support to develop your career, PVG check, and benefits and wellbeing platform.
In this role, you will provide person-centred care to vulnerable adults in their own homes, supporting them with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework. You'll also assist with personal care, medication management, and promote independence and well-being. As part of our close-knit care team, you'll receive ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
