Your Role

You'll support vulnerable people to live safer and supported lives in their own homes. This includes helping with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework. You'll also assist with personal care and help clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet, and support with their medication. Your close-knit care team and accessible managers will support you every step of the way. Our mobile care app will reduce paperwork and help you deliver high-quality care.

Requirements

You don't need any social care experience to apply for this role. We're more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You'll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. As a Care Support Worker, you'll make a real difference to our clients' lives.
