General Management Specialist Job

We are seeking a highly skilled General Management Specialist to join our team at Tony Macaroni. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of our restaurant and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, including sales, gross profit, and stock control
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Requirements:

  • Experience within a food and drinks establishment
