Job Title: Senior Financial Specialist
Job DescriptionSolutions Driven, a leading luxury brand group, is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of financial activities, ensuring financial stability, compliance, and strategic insight.
Responsibilities:
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Cash Flow Management: Maintain oversight of cash flow to ensure the business has sufficient liquidity to meet its commitments.
- Payroll Administration: Manage payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely payments.
About the Company:
We are a luxury retail group encompassing four distinct and prestigious brands. Known for delivering exceptional quality and service, we operate with passion and precision, offering products that inspire and delight discerning customers.
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar finance or senior finance role, ideally within retail or luxury sectors.
- Qualifications: Fully qualified or part-qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience.
