Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a Chief Financial Strategist to join our finance team in Hamilton, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
- Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chief Financial Strategist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
