About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Hamilton. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for managing the divisional finance team, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency are maximised.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the divisional finance team, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency are maximised.
  2. Assist in the production of accurate and timely financial transactions and reports.
  3. Review and challenge proposed land acquisitions, including areas such as financial assumptions and VAT.
  4. Manage the interim and year-end process with external auditors through to sign-off for the division.
Requirements:
  • CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified.
  • Experience of working within a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
